The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Their lifeboat crews rescue 22 people a day, while our lifeguards patrol more than 150 beaches in the summer.
Dublin May day week end is one of the rare days of the year when volunteers go out on the street and try to raise funds for this lifesaving charity – we really need your help to make the day a success! Join our team of volunteers who contribute their time, energy and skills to sell RNLI merchandise and souvenirs such as key rings and pin badges in order to raise funds. Your help will ensure we can take advantage of this great opportunity by increasing support within the community and raising vital funds needed to keep on saving lives.
We are looking for volunteers with an enthusiastic and proactive nature who can offer a bit of their time to help sell RNLI souvenirs in Dublin and surrounding areas on 1/2/3 May 2014. We ideally require volunteer vendors to volunteer two hours of their time (or more) selling souvenirs and generating support within the local community. You don’t need to have any prior experience or knowledge of the RNLI and we will provide everything you need on the day.
This role would suit a friendly, welcoming person who enjoys being part of a team and working within their local community. Can you help the RNLI fundraise to save lives? We’re delighted that you’re interested in volunteering with the RNLI and hope you’ll find an opportunity to get involved. They are looking for volunteers in the following areas: Dublin City Centre Dublin north (Raheny, Killester, Kilbarrick, Phibsboro, Finglas, Castleknock).
