Community Volunteers This year our Community Volunteers program will once again support several exciting once off events across Fingal. Just to name a few, the event calendar will kick off with the St. Patrick’s Day Parades, followed by the Baldoyle Bay Biosphere Festival. If you are interested to volunteer in your local area at one or more event please contact the Fingal Volunteer Centre at 01-8991921. Focus on – Volunteering with young peopleThis month, Volunteering organisations dedicated to supporting young people in the community are actively seeking volunteers for a range of roles across Fingal. If you want to help empower young individuals, boost their self-esteem, and share valuable experience and skills that contribute to their overall well-being and success in life by sharing your life experiences, these volunteering opportunities are waiting for you. Note: Because of the nature of the volunteering opportunity, you may need to be Garda vetted which might delay your start. However, the wait is worthwhile and rewarding! If you have any questions or concerns about Garda Vetting, speak to us to know more about it.
