Fingal Coffee Mornings

We are back… with our monthly digital knowledge sharing sessions!!

Take a break and join Fingal Volunteer Centre team and other organisation members like you in a casual chat about a topic related to volunteering.

The FVC team will share information about the topic and then floor will be open for discussion.

This month topic is “writing a volunteer role”. It is often the first impression that a volunteer has about your organisation. So lets get together and share tips on how to make it impactful.

Upcoming Training📝

Summer Project Funding for 2024

In 2024, around €70,000 will be provided for community and voluntary groups to organize supervised recreational and educational activities for young people in summer. Groups can receive a maximum of €2,000 in funding.

You have until this Friday to express interest via a small form available on the Fingal Coco website.  The full detailed application will be required at a later stage.

Note: This funding is fully organised by Fingal County Council, the Volunteer Centre has no input in it, the above is for information only.

Full details at: International Protection Integration Fund 2024

International Protection Integration Fund 2024

The International Protection Integration Fund 2024 aims to promote cultural diversity and empower community-based organisations in Ireland to contribute significantly to the integration of International Protection Applicants.

The grants range from €30,000 to €100,000 for large-scale integration projects, and from €2,000 to €10,000 for smaller integration initiatives.

Local Enhancement Programme (LEP) 2024

The Local Enhancement Programme (LEP) 2024 in Fingal is offering financial support to Community and Voluntary Groups. It is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development and targets local groups, especially in disadvantaged areas. The funding covers small projects, equipment purchases, and more.

Groups can apply until March 8, 2024, for grants up to €10,000.

Fingal Community Volunteers🦺

The Fingal Community Volunteers are a dedicated team of trained event volunteers. Along with our Community Volunteer Manager, they are ready to support your special event.
